  • Hot – Using the countertop chocolate maker

In a separate container, mix 500g of product with one and a half liters of milk or water very well using a whisk. Pour the mixture into the chocolate maker container and adjust the thermostat to 45°C. Once the temperature has been reached the product is ready to serve.

  • Cold – Using the Nina cream dispenser

In a separate container, mix 500g of product with a liter of long-life milk very well using a whisk. Pour into the machine container and turn on at maximum power. After 30 minutes the Red Velvet cream is ready to be served. One bag equals approximately 20 portions.

  • Red Velvet Cold – Using the blender

In the appropriate jug, mix 40g of product very well with 120 ml of milk. Pour the resulting mixture into the blender glass with 8/10 ice cubes and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into a glass and garnish with cream and chocolate flakes.
