PREPARATION AND USAGE
The Professional Matcha Latte is formulated to offer
maximum operational flexibility behind the bar and in the lab.
Just a few of the endless possible preparations:

  • Hot Matcha Latte: Dissolve 15g of preparation in 150 ml
    of hot milk (dairy or plant-based), ideally frothed; stir until
    you obtain a velvety, creamy beverage. Serve in a large
    cup, optionally finished with latte art or a dusting of pure
    matcha. Ideal for morning and afternoon service.
  • Iced Matcha Latte: Dissolve 15g of preparation in a small
    amount of warm water to ensure proper dispersion, then
    add 150 ml of cold milk and 10/11 ice cubes in a tall glass. A
    refreshing, a beautifully eye‑catching option, perfect for
    take-away service and the warm season.
  •  Matcha Frappé: Blend 30g of preparation with 100 ml
    of milk (dairy or plant-based) and 5/6 ice cubes in a
    professional mixer until creamy and uniform. Serve in a
    tall glass with a straw. A summer signature drink with
    outstanding visual appeal — finish with whipped cream
    toppings, syrups or crunchy garnishes.
  •  Smoothie & Creative Drinks: Combine with fresh fruit,
