ALMAR DRINK & FOOD FSSC 22000 CERTIFIED COMPANY FOR FOOD SAFETY

The FSSC 22000 standard is specifically aimed at agri-food producers to achieve the highest food safety standards in production processes and along the supply chain.
What is the FSSC 22000 certification scheme?
The GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), the most authoritative interest group that brings together agri-food companies, has defined a widely recognized set of criteria to define the certification schemes for agri-food safety applicable to the entire sector. Based on these criteria, a GAP analysis was conducted on the ISO 22000 standard to compare it with the GFSI specifications.
The FSSC 22000 program considers the indications emerging from this analysis and becomes the fifth certification scheme approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative after the BRC, IFS, SQF 2000 and Dutch HACCP programs.
