Therefore, those who want to keep cholesterol at bay, or are already in a condition of high cholesterol and want to try to adopt a diet that can favorably guarantee them to keep these values under control, can do so by also including bergamot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But are there any contraindications related to the use of bergamot in cooking? In reality, bergamot and its derivatives can be consumed with satisfaction by anyone, except – obviously – by those who are intolerant to its components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We also advise some people who suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma and glaucoma to talk to their doctor to ascertain whether or not there are any contraindications.
