Pour 300g of chocolate powder in a pot with 1 litre of semi skimmed milk. Put the mix into the chocolate machine bowl and cook for 45 min at 90°C; then adjust the thermostat at 65°C for maintenance.

Pour 30 g of chocolate powder with 100/120 ml of semi skimmed milk. Cook the mix using the coffee machines steamer or the microwave.


Take away Italian Hot Chocolate: To prepare a hot chocolate drink less thick to drink in takeaway cups with straw you have to increase by 50% the amount of milk. (Mix 300 grams of chocolate powder with 1.5 liters of milk)
